Blue Chip BBQ got the 2012 season started last weekend in Liberty, In at “Smoke on the Water”. We finished 8thOverall out of 31 teams, we had a 9thplace Chicken, 13thplace Ribs, 1stplace Pork & 12thplace Brisket. We thought our brisket was a lot better than that but the judges didn’t see it that way. We were real happy with our 1stplace Pork that category killed us last year for some reason but a lot of practice this winter hopefully will continue to pay off.
